Impartiality Statement
我司為全面貫徹《檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定評(píng)審準(zhǔn)則》《檢測(cè)和校準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室能力認(rèn)可準(zhǔn)則》(CNAS-CL01:2018(ISO/IEC 17025:2017)) 及相關(guān)檢測(cè)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用說(shuō)明、相關(guān)法律法規(guī)等要求，保證本公司檢測(cè)工作質(zhì)量和服務(wù)水平，為社會(huì)提供優(yōu)質(zhì)高效的檢測(cè)服務(wù)，特作如下聲明：
In order to fully implement the "Accreditation Criteria for China Inspection Body and Laboratory Mandatory Approval(CMA)", "General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories (CNAS-CL01:2018 (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) " and the application guides related to the testing field, as well as relevant laws and regulations, and in order to ensure the quality of our company's testing service, to provide the society with high-quality and efficient testing services, we hereby declare as follows:
1. 嚴(yán)格遵守國(guó)家相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的規(guī)定，遵循客觀獨(dú)立、公平公正、誠(chéng)實(shí)信用原則，恪守職業(yè)道德，承擔(dān)社會(huì)責(zé)任，履行法律義務(wù)，承擔(dān)法律責(zé)任。
1. Strictly follow the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, adhere to the principles of objectivity, independence, fairness and integrity, uphold professional ethics, take social responsibilities, fulfill legal obligations and bear legal responsibilities.
2. 本公司對(duì)檢測(cè)活動(dòng)的公正性負(fù)責(zé)，我司全體人員獨(dú)立于其出具的檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)以及結(jié)果所涉及的利益相關(guān)各方，堅(jiān)持獨(dú)立實(shí)驗(yàn)、獨(dú)立判斷，檢測(cè)活動(dòng)不受任何相關(guān)方的不良影響。本公司管理層保證不對(duì)檢測(cè)員施加任何行政、商業(yè)等干預(yù)，保證出具的檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)和結(jié)果的真實(shí)、客觀、準(zhǔn)確、完整。
2. Our company is responsible for the impartiality of the testing activities. All personnel of our company are independent of the testing data and results and all parties involved. All personnel of our company adhere to the independent experiments and independent judgments,and ensure that testing activities are not adversely affected by any related parties. The management of our company guarantees not to impose any administrative or commercial interference on the testers, ensuring that the testing data and results are true, objective, accurate and complete.
3. 對(duì)所有客戶均持科學(xué)、公正的態(tài)度，獨(dú)立開展檢測(cè)工作，堅(jiān)持公平和無(wú)歧視的服務(wù)原則。對(duì)客戶提供的檢測(cè)和校準(zhǔn)方法、技術(shù)要求、說(shuō)明書以及委托合同和協(xié)議等與檢測(cè)相關(guān)的所有文件及受檢實(shí)物、檢測(cè)結(jié)果均列入實(shí)驗(yàn)室保密范疇。絕不用客戶的技術(shù)和資料從事技術(shù)開發(fā)和技術(shù)服務(wù)。本公司對(duì)客戶信息泄露承擔(dān)法律責(zé)任。
3. We maintain a scientific and impartial attitude towards all clients, conducting testing work independently and adhering to principles of fairness and non-discrimination in service. All documents related to testing and calibration provided by clients, including methods, technical requirements, instructions as well as entrusted contracts and agreements, and all physical items and test results are included within the laboratory's confidentiality scope. We will never use our clients' technology and materials for technological development and technical services. Our company bears legal responsibility for any leakage of clients’ confidential information.
4. 本公司持續(xù)識(shí)別影響公正性的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析，實(shí)施相應(yīng)的管理。
4. Our company continuously identifies risks that may affect impartiality, conducts risk analysis and takes appropriate management measures.
5. 本公司保證不使用同時(shí)在兩個(gè)及兩個(gè)以上檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)從業(yè)的人員；公司及其人員不得與其從事的檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)活動(dòng)以及出具的數(shù)據(jù)和結(jié)果存在利益關(guān)系。
5. Our company ensures that it does not employ personnel who work simultaneously in two or more testing institutions; the company and the personnel must not have any interest relationship with the testing activities they engage in, as well as the data and results they produce.
6. 本公司及其人員對(duì)其出具的檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)報(bào)告結(jié)果負(fù)責(zé)，依法承擔(dān)相應(yīng)的民事、行政和刑事法律責(zé)任。
6. Our company and its personnel are responsible for the results of the testing and inspection reports issued, and shall bear the corresponding civil, administrative and criminal legal responsibilities in accordance with the law.
